Four virtual presentations tailored to each phase of a fire academy (fire vs EMS).

  • Reduced hydration-related injury and rhabdomyolysis incidence.
  • Favorable body composition changes - including an average loss of 1.5% body fat, 6.1 pounds, and 1.5 inches off the waist.
Goals
  • Provide tools for flexible, realistic healthy eating throughout the academy.
