Eat better on shift without pretending
|
Who This Challenge Is ForThis challenge is for first responders who want to eat better, but need advice that actually fits the job. This is for you if:
Over 6 days, you’ll build simple systems for go-bag snacks, better fast food and frozen meals, shift meal planning, hydration, workout fuel, caffeine, and supplements. The goal is not to overhaul your life, but to leave with practical tools you can use on your next shift. |
What We’ll Cover
Each day focuses on one common nutrition problem first responders run into on shift, like missed meals, low energy, dehydration, training fuel, or supplement confusion. You’ll get practical strategies during the session, then finish with a simple daily mission so you can actually use what you learned. Nothing complicated. Just one small action to make your next shift a little easier.
FAQsDo I have to attend live?
Live is best, but replays will be posted by the next day so you can catch up. You will receive viewing access to a Google Drive with the recordings and workbook until August 31st. How long are the sessions? Michelle or Megan will teach for 15-20 minutes with 5-10 minutes of Q&A at the end. What do I get when I sign up? You’ll get the free recipe book, challenge workbook, 6 live sessions, replay access, daily missions, and bonus sample meal plans after completing the final survey. Is this weight loss focused? No. This is focused on energy, hydration, fueling, recovery, better backup plans, and making food easier on shift. Weight loss may be a goal for some people, but it is not the main focus of the challenge. Can I join the challenge after the live calls end on August 8th? Unfortunately no, the challenge closes by the 1:00 pm live call on August 8th. Join by then, the next time this rolls out it will be a paid course! Funding provided by Dannon’s Fit to Empower Nutrition Award Program. Thank you, Dannon! |
