  • ​Healthy-ish Eating for Firefighters
    • Police & Dispatch versions
  • Performance Nutrition
    • Discuss performance nutrition specific to job-related tasks and pre/post exercise. 
  • Suppressing Firefighter Health Risks
    • Discuss nutrition modifications for injury management, high cholesterol, high blood pressure, acid reflux, cancer, mental health, and sleep disturbances/apnea.
  • Meal Prep 101
    • Provide strategies and recipes for on-the-go meal prep.
  • Nutrition Myths 
    • Evaluate nutrition myths and claims.
  • Healthy Holidays
    • Strategize how to eat healthier around the holidays, while still enjoying family, friend, and shift parties.
